Today is mine and Adam's 3rd anniversary. We have been through a lot in these past three years. Our relationship was such a baby when we were engaged, and it seems like time just flies now. I just wanted to take the time to remember all that we have been through and look ahead at the biggest things that we have to look forward to. I know that we have a long future ahead of us, and I am so excited about everything we will experience on the road ahead.

To my wonderful husband, best friend, and soul mate, Adam, I love you!!
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your anniversary. I just found your blog and it seems like we have so much in common! I'm also an NP, working in the Neonatal ICU. I'm 28 and my husband is 30. I've been a Type 1 diabetic for almost 20 years and wear an Animas Ping pump. My husband and I started trying to get pregnant earlier this year and reading your blog is like an echo of my thoughts. I was so hard on myself with my diabetes control, just like you and also very impatient to get pregnant!
ReplyDeleteI'm 30 weeks pregnant now and my biggest struggle is that the 3 MDs I'm seeing are all disagreeing over my diabetes control: my OB and perinatologist want low, LOW sugars and my Endo's freaking out because he's worried about my A1C being too low!! As an ARNP, I'm sure you know how MDs can be! ;-)
Just wanted to introduce myself and say hi since I'm commenting all over the place. I'm really enjoying reading your blog. Good luck with everything!
Nice to "meet" you Layne!! I'm glad you are enjoying the blog! I need to update more!! :) Congratulations on the baby!! I can't wait to get to know you better through blogs :)
